Oregon Holds On To Defeat Oregon State In Wild Edition Of The Civil War [VIDEO]

If you looked at the body of work both teams turned in this season you would think Oregon was going to blow Oregon State out of the water in their annual rivalry game known as the Civil War. However, teams--even bad ones--tend to bring their best game when it comes to playing their hated rival. The Beavers certainly did that.

Oregon state scored first to take its only lead of the game. They were quickly down by 17, but were able to battle back within three late in the game--but then Vernon Adams connected with Bralon Addison for his fourth touchdown of the day to put the game out of reach.
