Pau Might be Sucking Big but His Bro Ain't Doing Half Bad

It hasn't been a great season to be Spanish and playing for the Los Angeles Lakers so far this season, but over in Memphis it isn't half bad.

Pau Gasol's brother Marc is having a decent season so far with 13.7 points, 7.6 boards, and 3.9 assists. He's done a pretty good job of protecting his team's basket too with close to two blocked shots a game this season.

That average was helped out some the other night when the Grizzles played the Portland Trail Blazers (on January 4). The man had impressive eight blocks on the night giving him 57 for the season (he got three more on 1/6 against Phoenix to give him 60 for the season).

Alright, so they aren't the get up out of your seat and stare in awe, jaw dropping kind of blocks, but eight in one game is still pretty impressive.

His brother hasn't done it yet this season...then again there is a lot the Lakers have not done so far this season...
