Minnesota Wild's Jason Zucker Destroyed By Hard Hit

Minnesota Wild rookie Jason Zucker will probably not remember a lot about Tuesday's game. Anaheim's Corey Perry nailed with a late hit that included a hard shoulder to the head. The poor kid was down for several minutes before he was finally helped up and off the ice.




Football players get a lot of attention for the hits they take, but these guys really get hit hard. From a novice's point of view (like mine) it appears as if they wear less in the way of padding and hit a lot harder since they are zooming around on skates.

Good luck to you Jason and I hope your head doesn't hurt too bad on Wednesday when you wake up.
