Boston Red Sox Win in an Emotional Day at Fenway

It was a heck of a day to be in Boston, let alone a baseball fan in Boston Saturday. The manhunt was over, the suspects captured (one killed; the other wounded), and the road to recovery and normalcy had begun.

The scene in Boston Saturday was an emotional one to say the least from the pregame ceremony to the singing of God Bless America, Big Papi telling it like it is (and gettting a reprieve from the FCC), Neil Diamond leading Sweet Caroline, and of course the three-run shot by Daniel Nava in the 8th inning to give the Sox the lead and the eventual 4-3 win.

For the City of Boston (and the rest of the nation) it had to be one incredibly long week. But it sure wasn't a bad way to end it.
