Derek Rose Not Holding Out Till Next Season; Just Not Ready yet

The Chicago Bulls are shaping up to be the No. 4. 5 or 6 seed in the Eastern Conference depending on how these last few games go. Either way they will end up playing some pretty stiff competition in the first round of the post season whether it is Brooklyn, Atlanta, Indiana or possibly Boston.

Joakim Noah may see the pending post season as reason to dance, but it would be a happier dance if he were to finally get an old partner in crime back.

I'm talking about Derrick Rose of course.

The superstar has been medically cleared to play for some time now, but has said that he is not going to do so util he feels ready to play. that has led to some speculation that he may be looking to sit out this entire season. That is something he addressed in the following interview:

Were he to come back for the post season it would drastically change the landscape of the Eastern Conference picture. While he will be rusty and need some time to get acclimated to being on the court again in games, he will force teams to game plan for him.

Heck, his return could work out so well for the Bulls that Joakim Noah might dance some more!
