Kevin Durant Going for a Little Pay Back for Russell Westbrook?

You hate to think that any player in the NBA would be callas and childish enough to try to get revenge for what they perceive as a dirty play that resulted in an injury to a teammate, but it happens all the time (right MLB?).

Whether or not it happened Saturday night in a rough Game Three between the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder we will never know for sure, but this play sure looks a little fishy.

OKC fans will just say that Kevin Durant was playing hard like the leader of the No. 1 seeded team should play. Houston fans will say that it was a cheap shot at Lin in retaliation for Patrick Beverley supposedly causing Russell Westbrooks injury (and knocking him out for the post season).

Houston did end up coming back from the monster deficit, but still failed to pull out a win losing in the end 104-101. The Rockets will have their work cut out for them if they are going to avoid getting swept in Game Four Monday night.

  1. People like you need to stop the fan-flaming. Retribution is not in the Thunder's vocabulary and you imo are simply looking to make headlines. STOP IT!!

    1. I gave both sides of the case and left it up to the reader/viewer. You want to draw the wrong conclusion its on you.

After KD shouted "It's my city!" I think it is safe to say he is taking things personally.

  2. What exactly did KD do to Lin? I've watched in three times and still can't see what he did wrong.
