Chad Johnson is Wanted--Just Not By Any Football Teams

Chad Johnson has no excuse for this. The former NFL wide receiver is back in the news again (something I'm sure he doesn't mind). He has a warrant out for his arrest (probably not too keen on that).

The reason is pretty tame though. All he did was forget to show up for a meeting with his probation officer. Talk about lame, right?

 

The man formerly known as Ochocinco is on probation due to an incident where his now ex-wife accused him of head-butting her. After pleading no contest he was placed on probation.

This is pretty dumb. I'm sure we'll eventually hear some stupid excuse from Johnson, but no matter what he says the facts are pretty clear. He knew he had an appointment with his PO and he chose to go hang out in Pasadena instead (at least according to a tweet he is).

I don't know what they'll do if he takes his sweet time reporting back in or what sort of punishment he'll get if he does report immediately. I wouldn't be surprised if whatever the court decides it messes up his Memorial Day weekend plans.
