Johnny Manziel Throws Out First Pitch at Padres/Nationals Game; Knocks One Out in Batting Practice

Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel has been the man in demand ever since he won the Heisman trophy last season. The youngster has partied everywhere, hung out with the greats of just about everything, and pretty much lived the life that most of us wish we could (if only we could scramble like him...).

On Thursday the Johnny Football tour stopped off at Petco Park so that he could throw out the first pitch prior to the Padres/Nationals game--which he did in true Johnny Football fashion.

He got to hang out with the players prior to the game, and even got to take a few swings in batting practice. Most of the clip below is him talking to guys and being interviewed so if you just want to see him taking batting practice skip over to about the five minute mark.

While he was there as a guest of the Padres there was a Texas A&M connection with the visiting team, manager Davey Johnson.
