Baron Davis and the Most Obvious News of the Day

So did you hear the one about Baron Davis claiming he was abducted by aliens? The question I wanted to ask him was if it was the Natasha Henstridge-Species type alien or the Aliens alien? In a way they are both scary as heck, but if its the Species-type alien at least its a pretty smoking hot way to be probed, right?

That is, if he was telling the truth...

...which of course it wasn't!

You would think that anyone with the sense of a two year old would have nipped this in the bud before it became a national joke carried by the USAToday and just about every other major news carrier in existence (its a slow time of year for sports after all). But this is Baron Davis we are talking about here!

He decided to wait till Sunday night to tweet the obvious:
