A common knock on those that get into coaching is that they can't do it; that's why they teach it. On the face, you could say that about first year San Diego Chargers Head Coach Mike McCoy. After all, the man didn't play much in college and didn't do much in his brief stints with an NFL Europe and Canadian Football team. Sounds like the perfect example of "those that can do; those that can't teach" right?
Wrong.
Sometimes success in the college ranks or professional is about the right fit at the right time; maybe he never got it. That doesn't mean the man lacks skills.
Check out McCoy making a sweet one-handed grab of a Russell Wilson throw that went out of bounds.
