Texans Still Planning on Going Forward With Matt Schaub

Case Keenum played well against the Kansas City Chiefs, but did he play well enough to wrap up the job? Gary Kubiak doesn't seem to think so.

From Bleacher Report
The Houston Texans are floundering. Prior to Sunday’s game in Kansas City the team had dropped four in a row, and to be fair only won the first too due to some pretty crazy late game heroics. They didn’t look good in those games either (heck, you could go as far back as Week 11 last season if you wanted to).

Something needed to change and something finally did against the Kansas City Chiefs—the quarterback.

With Matt Schaub unable to go Head Coach Gary Kubiak put the ball in the hands of an undrafted second year player, but not just any undrafted player. This guy—Houston Cougars alumnus Case Keenum-- is the career passing leader in the NCAA. IN his debut he had the unenviable task of playing one of the best defenses in the NFL (No. 1 in points allowed; No.5 in total yards; No. 3 in passing yards).

No problem, right?...
