Anyone Want to Play Quarterback for the Cleveland Browns?

The Cleveland Browns thought they finally found the quarterback of the  future in Brian Hoyer, but than he went down for the season with an injury and the tea has been struggling ever since. Now the team is just hoping to finish the season as best they can.

Problem is they can't seem to keep their quarterbacks on the field.

Between injuries and general ineffectiveness Brandon Weeden has fallen out of favor. The Steelers knocked Jason Campbell for a loop last week leaving the Browns stuck with Weeden once again. Since he is the only healthy QB on the roster they had to sign someone.

And if they need some to throw passes into trash cans, from his dorm room into a moving car, or into a basketball hoop they have found the right man--the trick shot QB from Monmouth and internet sensation Alex Tanney!

All kidding aside--they could do a lot worse. Tanney was with the Cowboys during the preseason and looked good enough for Jerry Jones to sign him to the practice squad.

You never know. Sometimes a guy just needs a chance, and if anytime could give him one during the regular season it is the Browns.
