Samuel L. Jackson and Young Atlanta Fan Wish the Falcons Would Rise Up

Football teams all crave one thing. Well--they crave multiple things like a mobile quarterback that can throw on the run, a defensive line with running back like speed, Calvin Johnson's clone, a offensive line that could stop flood waters--the list could go on and on. 

However, there is one thing that is much easier to get and will not hold out for a bigger contract or skip training camp--a clever and catchy tag line.

For the Atlanta Falcons it's "Rise Up" as you can see on Samuel L. Jackson's glasses and the little kid's towel below. 

It works. It's easy to remember; easy to say; simple and to the point; makes for a great hash tag; looks on good on a t-shirt (or towel).

Now if only the Falcons could actually do it. With the injuries this team has been hit with this season there has not been a lot of rising up for the Dirty Bird Faithful. They tried against the Saints, but in the end dropped another 17-13.

Sorry kid.
