So Maybe Matt Flynn Should Have Never Left Green Bay...

Just call it a hunch, but I'd be willing to say that Matt Flynn is thankful to be back in Wisconsin and playing for the Green Bay Packers. Not just because that means he has a job, but because when he plays with that 'G' on the side of his helmet he is awesome.

From Bleacher Report
With Aaron Rodgers on the mend and Seneca Wallace hurting the team was left with just Scott Tolzien on the roster. In case he got hurt the team needed to have someone that's played quarterback since high school.

Enter--or re-enter--Matt Flynn.

From Bleacher Report
Flynn made his name off of one awesome game for the Packers in 2011 (480 yards and 6 TDs) and has since battled injuries and lost his job to a third round pick and a guy picked up in the supplemental draft.

Thanks to that game--and his agent--he made a solid $10 million guaranteed from Seattle alone--while hardly playing!

From Bleacher Report
Thanks to the unexpected emergence of Russell Wilson and Terrelle Pryor looking better than him in the preseason he was out of work up until Green Bay gave him a shout recently. They needed someone to back up Tolzien, and they couldn't do better than Flynn, a guy that was on the team and with a refresher can get up to speed with the offense pretty quick.

Now after throwing for 218 yards and a touchdown in relief of Tolzien--and looking like he never left-- he is getting the start on Thanksgiving against the same team he threw for 480 yards and six touchdowns against.

Excuse me while I go see if he's still available in my fantasy league.
