People like to express themselves in a variety of different ways. Some like to paint. Others like to write. Many will sing, but one of the most common ones is dance. All of the aforementioned typically require some kind of motivation.

My bet is because he knows that even though he is in enemy territory since he's a little kid he can get away with a celebration dance that would get beers thrown at an adult!
