The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have found the man they hope can lead them back to glory--former Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith.

It's definitely a good hire for the team. He always had good teams in Chicago; even the biggest skeptic will have to give him credit for at least one (their Super Bowl season). After nine seasons of being a good but far from great team the Bears had enough and cut him loose.
In Tampa he will get the defense on track quick, but he is going to have the same problem he had in Chicago right off the bat--quarterback play. Good thing there are plenty of good ones coming out in the draft this year.
