A good day has become a great one for fans of the Syracuse Orange men's basketball team. Not only did their team take down the Duke Blue Devils in a classic game, but come Monday they will be the new No. 1 team in the nation thanks to the California Golden Bears.

Cal controlled the majority of the first half en route to a nine point lead with five minutes to go, but the Wildcats were able to close the gap to one by the end of the half. The game remained close in the second half as well with Cal still in control.
T.J. McConnell the lead, 58-56, with just under three minutes remaining. Those points would end up being the last for Arizona though. Justin Combs made a pair of free throws for Cal to tie the game back up and then a jumper with one second remaining to take the lead:
Of course when you are an unranked underdog and you beat the No. 1 team in the nation the fans have to rush the court!
