The decision came on the 50th anniversary of his epic fight against Sonny Liston and was announced with this tweet:
I shook up the world against Liston, now 50 years later I'm taking it to Twitter #AliTweet pic.twitter.com/3eCm72USis

If you look at his page you might think there is no way that the 72-year old Ali sent out over 1000 tweets in just over a day or so. Well--he didn't. His account has been around for awhile he just hasn't been the one actually doing the tweeting.
Going forward if the tweet has #AliTweet in it than it came from the man himself. So in honor of the man enjoy some of his greatest moments.
Boxing will never see a fighter quite like Muhammad Ali again.
The man was the greatest in more ways than one; as a fighter, entertainer, and agent for change. If there was a fight to be had the last thing that ever came to his mind was not taking it (hmmm...Floyd Mayweather could learn a lesson).
