When you are a Heisman winning quarterback you would think that concentrating on football would be the order of the day--not for Jameis Winston though. No, Winston wants to play baseball, and happens to be the Florida State's closer.
If it gives him the chance to play against the New York Yankees and pose for a pitcher with a pair of Yankee legends, why not?

When you are young and the world is at your feet you should take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way. Why? Because you never know when it will all go away. For athletes it is as easy as a bad game or two or a nasty injury.
Does that mean FSU football fans should be happy about their QB risking injury playing another sport?
Of course not, but at least they can solace in the fact that he is a better quarterback than baseball player. He didn't take the mound Tuesday, but played outfield and went 0-2 at the plate with one strikeout.
