This looks like it hurt. The aggressor is Dong Hyuin Kim and the unlucky recipient of his spinning elbow is John Hathaway. The duo were a part of the fight card for the finale of The Ultimate Fighter China Saturday in Macao, China.
It's not clear whether Kim--who is known as the 'Stun Gun'--knocked him out cold, but I imagine Hathaway was in no hurry to get up after that hit.
