Dead Body Found at Site of New University of Houston Football Stadium

The University of Houston football team has been doing well over the last decade or so; good enough to warrant the construction of a new $120 million football stadium (the last one was pretty darn old). However, work had to come to a halt Monday morning when a dead body was found at the construction site.

The body was found by one of the construction workers early Monday morning in the southwest corner of the stadium. Work has since been halted in that area and will obviously not continue until the investigation is complete.

So far police believe the person committed suicide. Additional details have yet to be released.
