Fullbacks are one of the most underappreciated players in football and I'd say in rugby too. They aren't sexy, scoring machines in football (ask Arian Foster how much he misses Vonte Leach). When you are trying to teach kids--in the United States at least--the value of one in rugby it can be hard as well since it can appear as if they don't do as much as other players.
Well--kids, if you ever wanted to see why the position is so important check out what the New Zealand fullback does on this play.
New Zealand won the game so I imagine these guys were celebrating anyway, but I assure you that this guy had one or two of his mates bring him a beer because of this play alone.
