LSU Freshman Defensive Tackle Trey Lealaimatafao Possibly Lost for the Season After Punching Glass

Trey Lealaimatafao has a lot going for him. Standing over 6-feet tall and weighing around 300 pounds he could have very well been an integral player for Les Miles on the defensive side of the ball this coming season.

Now it appears he might have to take a medical redshirt because of the damage he did to his arm after punching through some glass.

According to the The Times-Picayune big Trey decided to punch glass window in the gym after an argument with his girlfriend. He did so much damage in the process cutting through his bicep and arm so bad bone was showing that rumors briefly floated around that he may face amputation.

The question now is how much time it will take for the injury to heal. As serious as it sounds it would not be shocking to see the Tigers redshirt him (medical).
