Samuel L. Jackson Angry Over Supposed 'Awkward Silence' Between Him and Victoria Beckham at Wimbeldon

Samuel L. Jackson is not a man I would want mad at me. Yeah, I know, all the bas *ss mother ****ers that he plays in movies are just characters he plays, but there is just something about the man's persona that says he might go all Jules Winnfield on you if he had the inclination.

So I would not have made any comments claiming there was an awkward silence between him and Posh Spice at Wimbeldon or that he was star struck. It might anger him--and it did.

@DRPsynd

When this scene started making the rounds on the internet over the weekend the social media monsters assumed the worst (it was much more interesting than the truth I suppose)--that there was some kind of issue between the two or an 'awkward silence.'

This, of course, was far from the truth. When word got to Mr. Jackson what was going around the web about him and Posh he commented like only he would comment:

To be honest folks I'm a little surprised he used the initials 'STFU' rather than saying the phrase. I'm sure Twitter would have allowed the additional characters in fear he might turn his anger on it.

Because you don't mess with Jules (NSW of course).
