Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel Fined $12,000 for Flippping Off Washington Redskins Bench on MNF

We all knew it was going to happen. It was just  a matter of when the NFL would make the announcement and for how much the fine would be. The word appears to have come down from on high and we now know how much extending a single finger and expressing himself to the Washington Redskins is going to cost Johnny Manziel.
