WATCH: San Francisco 49ers Lineman (accidentally) Takes Out the Ref

People get hurt in games all the time, but somehow with all the huge, muscle-bound men wearing crazy pads flying around game officials usually walk away unscathed. You would think that since these guys are often not the youngest and definitely no where close to the physical condition of the players there would be more injuries than there are.

Yet somehow these guys walk away uninjured--except for Sunday when one poor guy had a bit of a collision with a 49ers offensive lineman.

You don't see it in the vine, but the ref went down to a knee and I think he even had to leave the game (could be wrong there; going off of memory and the kids thought Daddy was a jungle gym during the game).

Whether he left the game or not--that had to hurt.
