WATCH: St. Louis Rams WR Chris Givens Helps Make QB Austin Davis Look Good

There are times when a quarterback makes a wide receiver look good. Yeah, no matter what the QB does the receiver has to catch it, but it certainly helps when he puts it right where only the receiver can make the catch. At the same time wide receivers have been known to make QBs look good too.

Like St. Louis Rams wide receiver Chris Givens did for his Austin Davis when he take a short crossing route, turned it up, and ran 75 yards for the touchdown.

The second year quarterback from Southern Miss (Davis) had a pretty good stat line on the day--14-22 for 198 yards, two TDs and one INT for a rating of 104.0. Take away the 75 yard catch and run and his numbers are still decent (13-21, 123 yards), but much less impressive.

But hey--it's a team game so if one guy scored then everyone scores.
