New York Giants Co-owner Steve Tisch Jokes About Dallas Cowboys Catching Ebola

It must be nice to be filthy stinkig rich and a part owner of an NFL team like the co-owner of the New York Giants, Steve Tisch. Not only do you never have to worry about paying your bills, but when you make a really stupid joke about an opposing football team contracting the deadly Ebola virus you can pay the fine you'll get with relative ease.

Right Mr. Tisch?

As usual, TMZ is in place to catch someone saying something dumb. When they asked him if he was concerned about his team travelling to Dallas in a couple weeks he responded with this:
"I think the Cowboys are going to get it first,” he said. “So it's to our advantage."
Yep. He said it. When they asked him about whether the staff was going to take any additional precautions in order to be on the safe side he responded with another inappropriate quip:
“I think the odds are greater that Jerry Jones ... where am I going with this?" Tisch said.
Were this 1995 nothing would come from this at all. In this day and age the NFL is much more sensitive to what people say. So it is entirely possible that the front office is not going to approve of an owner making cracks about a team coming down with a deadly virus.

Will it warrant a fine from the league? Who knows. At the least he should be careful if he goes to the game. Fans are not going to be happy to see him.
