Geno Smith has looked really good at times for the New York Jets. Sad thing is he has looked bad a lot more than he has good. Rex Ryan is loyal to a fault though (right, Mark Sanchez). To a point his loyalty is understandable. Sometimes a player needs time to really find his groove.
Problem is Smith's groove more often than not has led to him getting flattened or throwing an interception.

After a terrible first half that started with him getting rocked by the Chargers defense and ended with him getting intercepted he was finally replaced with Michael Vick in the second half.

Vick stunk just as bad during his time so it looks like Rex will have his work cut out for him this week.
