WATCH: Madison Bumgarner's Scoreless Streak Ended By Kansas City Royals Catcher Salvador Perez

Once again it appeared as if the night was going to belong to San Francisco Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner. The man was cruising in Game One of the World Series with just a pair of hits, a walk, no runs and five strikeouts through six. Tack on a seven run lead and it is safe to say the man could no wrong.

Or could he...

Royals catcher Salvador Perez caught Bumgarner at the right moment and did what no man has been able to do on the Giants ace for the last 33 2/3 innings.

Score--which he did by blasting a ball 378 feet over the left field fence.

Bumgarner had also gone the last 21 /3 innings in World Series action without giving up a run as well. In the end the hit meant nothing since the Giants went on to win 7-1.
