Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin Bans Dancing During Kickoffs

Prior to kickoffs or punt returns it is not unusual for players to be feeling the music the stadium is playing and dance around. Sometimes guys dance to whatever tune they have in their head. It's all a part of the fun; part of getting themselves and the crowd hyped up for the next play.

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin is not going to have it anymore on his team.

After watching James Jones return a kick a 108-yards for a touchdown Sunday night Tomlin expressed his displeasure with the team's focus on the play and blamed all the dancing going on prior to the kick:

"Quite frankly, (it) was ridiculous," Tomlin said, via CBS Sports. "Guys dancing around and so forth before the ball is kicked and then getting one run back on them is unacceptable. You won't see our kickoff team dancing anymore."
The Steelers play the New York Jets in Rutherford this week. Someone please tell whoever is in charge of the stadium music to play Footloose on kickoffs?

Oh--and Rex Ryan needs to have Kevin Bacon the sideline too.
