Randy Moss Turned Down Seattle Seahawks Because He Doesn't Like the Leadership

There are certain things you never expect to hear like a fat guy telling you to go on a diet, a short guy complaining about head room, a poor dude turning down money because he's happy being broke, and Randy Moss turned down a chance to return the NFL because of a lack of leadership.

Which is apparently why he turned down the Seattle Seahawks.

To be fair the reason was more because of a lack of quality leadership than a lack of, but that assertion is just as surprising. What's even more surprising is that Moss's explanation makes sense.

He thinks the team handled Percy Harvin's departure poorly:
"You don't air out your dirty laundry when a person is gone," Moss vehemently said, via a Fox Sports podcast. "That's something that affects us as people and players. We are people, we do have emotions."

Let's forget the fact that the Seahawks were going after a guy that is 37, hasn't played since 2012, and hasn't played well since 2009. This is a guy that was pretty much trouble to some degree wherever he went (except New England), and he's passing on a team because it is lacking in leadership.

Now that's bad.

  1. Randy Moss is making this crap up. No one and I mean NO ONE wants that washed up loser on their team.
