Texas A&M Head Coach Kevin Sumlin is Not To Be Trifled With

Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin has come under fire of late. Some have even called for his job. Many have bashed the man simply because a couple of recruits went somewhere else. They claim he's indecisive, too wrapped up in the 'swagger,' and all show. They have questioned his intelligence for not hiring a defensive coordinator yet.

To those folks I say this: you might not want to cross the man.

@sportingnews
Sumlin is not a man to be trifled with. Cross him or his team and he will do what is necessary. Do something stupid like shove an opposing player and whack another in the head when they run out of bounds? You are fired!

So what if you have been with the squad since suffering a career-ending neck injury in 2012. You embarrass the team and the school like that and you deserve to be gone.

That decision was a no-brainer though. Can he really make the hard call? It doesn't seem like it since the school doesn't have a defensive coordinator yet, but wait till you hear how he handled his pool boy!

How's that?!?! The pool boy in question says it was only a joke, but was it? Was it?!?!

From the sound of things he will soon be proving all the naysayer wrong that called for his job because the team lost out on a couple of recruits. They blamed his apparent inability to hire a defensive coordinator.

Oh yea of little faith.

If the rumors are to be believed he is doing exactly what he set out to do. He's bringing in one of the best in the game--soon to be former LSU defensive coordinator John Chavis. He said he'd land a big name and he did.

Never doubt Coach Sumlin folks. Never.
