Folks--mistakes happen in basketball games. Sometimes they are little ones like a bad pass or a missed open person. Sometimes they are larger ones like air balls and bricks. On a very rare occasion a mistake may even be as bad as the one Florida's Jacob Kurtz made in Tuesday's game against rival Florida State.
He tipped in the game winner for the Seminoles.
So if you happen to see him don't make fun of him or give him a hard time. No one can say anything to him that he has not already said to himself. Rather than bash him tell him what he needs to hear.
It will be okay Jacob (and give him a hug).
