WATCH: Utah Runs the Perfect Trick Play for the Vegas Bowl

For most bowl games there is nothing the participating teams can do to embody the spirit of their particular bowl game during the game. What are teams in the Orange Bowl going to do? Eat some oranges on the sideline? Or the Sugar Bowl? Or the Texas Bowl?

It just isn't possible--unless you are in the Las Vegas Bowl.

When you are in Sin City you are expected to gamble and Utah certainly did on this epic trick play. There are so many ways in which this sucker could have gone horribly wrong for the Utes, but since Vegas is all about gambling they went for it.

While the payoff may not be as good as hitting the right number on the roulette wheel I'm sure the coaches were happy with getting a first down.
