A lot of the talk about the National Championship Game has been about how a third string quarterback led the team to victory with the help of a dominant performance by his running back. Cardale Jones and Ezekiel Elliot definitely deserve the credit they have been given. but they definitely don't deserve it all.

Ohio State's defense flat out kicked Oregon's offensive behind!

The surprise of the night was not so much that Ohio State's offense played as well as it did, but that Oregon's did not. While the Ducks did make a few mistakes that made it hard to get going the Buckeyes defense made sure they never had a chance.

Keeping Mariota  and company down was no easy task!
