NFL Coaches Comment About Brett Hundley's Hat During UCLA's Pro Day

Brett Hundley had a solid career for the UCLA Bruins throwing for just under 10,000 yards during his time, a 3:1 touchdown to interception ration, and wasn't a bad running threat as well rushing for over 1700 yards and 30 touchdowns. NFL coaches and scouts have had their eye on him, they liked what they saw during the Combine, and at UCLA's Pro Day word is he looked "smooth."

Yet, it wasn't his arm strength or accuracy that three coaches commented to Jim Mora about during his Pro Day workout.

They liked how he wore his hat:

Wow. So that's why he's a good quarterback! (sarcasm too thick there?)

This is probably not going to be as big a deal as it could be since we don't know what three teams said something to him about Hundley's hat. If we did....it wouldn't be pretty. It wasn't when Bomani Jones tried to chastise Colin Kaepernick for wearing his hat backwards.

That tweet led to a firestorm of criticism raining down on Jones and deservedly so. Jones called it professional, but Kaepernick had just finished playing a game. I used to always wear my hat backwards after games because my body was still hot. Wearing my hat backwards was cooler.
