According to Roy "Big Country" Nelson's wikipedia page he weighs in at just 254 pounds, but he looks a little bit thicker than that in this fat guy's opinion. So when I watched the highlights of his fight against Alistair Overeem I couldn't help but be a little proud. Here he is fighting a guy that has four inches on him and is a ripped 247 pound ball of muscle. Conventional wisdom would tell you that the muscle bound dude should have had an easy time with the fat guy, but that was not the case at all.
