Most college basketball analysts have said that they thought the Big 10 had a bit of a down year this season, and that the big two conferences were the Big 12 and ACC. However, after three of four Elite Eight games were in the books two of the Final Four teams were from schools from the Big 10, Wisconsin and Michigan State.
It's proof that analysts don't always know what they are talking about and Wisconsin's Sam Dekker was more than happy to point that out on Twitter:
