Kurt Warner to Become Coach Kurt Warner Next Season

Most NFL players end up getting in to one of two jobs when they retire from the NFL--broadcasting or coaching. It makes sense. After all, when you have been playing and training for the game of football your entire life it only makes sense to use that experience to talk about it or teach others how to play it.

Former Arizona Cardinals great Kurt Warner has been in broadcasting for sometime now, and it appears that he will now be getting in to coaching.

Next season Warner will be the offensive coordinator for Desert Mountain High School in Scottsdale, Arizona. Warner has been around the program since his son is a wide receiver and linebacker for the school.

During his 12 year career Warner passed for 32,344 yards and 208 touchdowns. He had a passer rating of 93.7. So it is safe to say he may know a thing or two about offense. Will he be able to teach others?

We'll have to wait until next season to find out.
