It appears he can do the same to Twitter trolls as well.

Apparently he didn't take too kindly to Blount expressing his pleasure with the Dallas Mavericks winning Game Four of their playoff series with the Rockets:
THAT'S ALL FOLKS!!!!! @swish41 AND MY @dallasmavs PULLED IT OFF!!!! #NBAPlayoffs

The smart thing for athletes and celebrities to do whenever someone trolls is to ignore them. Once one troll gets a reply it tells the rest to do their worst and they may get a response too. Blount didn't care though. Instead he decided to give the troll a taste of his own medicine:
Says the guy that has 196.4k tweets and only 2,320 followers 😂😂😂 call me super bowl 49 champ when you address me boy https://t.co/UyqUHaEWRA
— LeGarrette Blount (@LG_Blount) April 27, 2015
He could have let it rest with that, but he decided to take it a step further:
That's a cute girl in that avi with you btw 😏 what's her name??? 😈😎☺️😉 tell her to get a champ and lose the chump 😂😂 https://t.co/UyqUHaEWRA

It's understandable to want to lash out at someone that trashes you. For some odd reason people seem to think it is okay to be a complete tool/*sshole online since they don't have to actually say anything to someone's face. It's a darn shame.
To think--we used to just use the internet for porn, illegal downloads, and video games; not character attacks.
