Oakland Raiders Defensive Coordinator Ken Norton Jr. Waking Up the Team is Hilarious [VIDEO]

Ken Norton Jr. was an absolute beast of a player back in his day so it only stands to reason that he would be just as much of a beast when it comes to coaching. The only thing is that he doesn't hit people anymore for a living so he has to channel that intensity in another fashion. Thanks to this video from linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong it appears that he is putting his intensity to work waking his guys up for a meeting.
