St. Louis Rams RB Tre Mason Kicked Off His Old High School Field While Trying to Work Out

Auburn running back Tre Mason has established himself as the go to guy for the St. Louis Rams. So--like any good football player--he has been trying to workout this off-season in an attempt to get better prepared for next season. Like many guys, he thought it would be cool to go back to his old high school field to get a workout in. There was just one problem.

The cops told him to leave.

Apparently he was in the process of getting some work in when he was told he had to leave the field:

As could be expected, he was not too happy about it:

So he did what most people do these days when they are not happy about something--he tweeted his displeasure:

He has a point. Now if the field was fenced in and the gate locked okay. That would make it pretty clear that no one was allowed to be on the field, but from the look of the picture he tweeted it appears as if the field was pretty wide open.

You would think they would want a former player that has made it to the NFL to come back. It's a great way to motivate current players by showing them what hard work can do for them. Hopefully this was just a big misunderstanding and tomorrow we'll see shots of Mason putting some work in.
