PHOTO: Houston Texans DL Louis Nix III Previews the Ultimate Fast Food Bracket

The NCAA may have crowned a national champion Monday, but that does not mean that the brackets are done. It does mean the players have changed. No longer are the best athletes from colleges all over the country involved. No, instead the participants are the creators of the food coaches want their players staying away from as much as possible--fast food.

If you do not know who all the participants are don't worry. Thanks to Houston Texans defensive lineman Louis Nix III fans can check out a full preview of all the artery clogging madness.

From one fat guy to another I have to say the man is dead on, but if the non-burger bracket had included Dairy Queen the chicken strips would have knocked Chipotle out of the park:

WHO are the champs? I’m rolling with the 2 seed (5 Guys) as my winner in this one. In the CLASSY BURGER REGION I have In-N-Out burger on upset alert early. I don’t see the 3x3 or 4x4 competing with the crisco melt, lets be serious people. Animal style will come out hot but ultimately I see the Oreo Mint Cookies n cream milkshake coming up big in the end. Steak n Shake will have a cake walk straight into the elite 8 where their streak will end as they go up against 5 Guys who should win purely based on the dominance of the cajun fries. (Top 2 in the country in my book, easy). The Oreo milkshake comes up big once again but the amount of cajun fries given in one sitting for 5 guys is just too much to compete with. 5 Guys makes it to the final four claiming the CLASSY BURGER REGIONAL title. In the BURGER REGION, 1 seed Mcdonald’s coasts past Sonic, White Castle, or BK on any given night making an easy run to the elite 8. That won’t stop 3 seed Cookout from taking the BURGER REGION in convincing fashion, with the buns being the game changer. McDonalds deserves its seeding but the dollar menu isn’t what it used to be and The McRib only shows up once a year. Cookout stays simple and sticks with its winning formula, clinching the BURGER REGION championship. In the NOT BURGER REGION (the toughest overall region) I see 1 seed Chick-fil-a, 3 seed Taco Bell, and 2 seed chipotle being the teams to beat, winning their first rounds outright. Bojangles give Chick-fil-a a tough match up with their biscuit combo but cant stand up to the grit of Chicken biscuit with the waffle fries coming off of the bench and grilled nuggets handling business. 3 seed Taco bell faces 2 seed Chipotle and comes out strong with one of the the toughest starting 5’s I’ve seen in years (Crunchwrap, Sausage biscuit taco, Loco taco, quesdillas, and freezes), but fall short in the end. 1 seed Chick-fil-a and 2 seed chipotle face off in the elite 8 with Chipotle winning easily and ultimately winning the NOT A BURGER REGION in delicious fashion. In the Sandwich REGION (the weakest group) we’ll fast forward to the Elite 8 where Subway and Jimmy Johns match up because really the
