WATCH: Indiana Pacers Have to Carry Paul George Off the Court After He Suffers Another Leg Injury

The Indiana Pacers were not the same this season without Paul George in the line-up, but they had managed to be in playoff contention heading into Wednesday night's regular season finale. Win and they were in. With George back in the line-up there was hope that the team could make some noise should it make the post season. All it had to do is win Wednesday night.

Well--they didn't. The team fell to a tough Memphis Grizzlies team 95-83. Along the way they lost George to another leg injury. Nothing as serious as the one that knocked him out for most of the season of course, but he couldn't put any pressure on either leg.

During the game the team announced that it was just a sore calf muscle.

Hmmm...sore calf muscle and he had to be carried off the court? Something seems a little off here.
