When it comes to spring practice coaches typically know that it helps to get creative in order to keep guys interested and focused because when you play without any sort of real competition (spring game barely counts) guys can lose focus. Northwestern has figured out a way to amp up the competition and make things a little more fun for the players, but it is going to be a lot harder to focus.
