WATCH: Russell Wilson and Some of His Teammates Jamming With the Band in Hawaii
Teams need to learn from what the Seattle Seahawks do. Not just what they do on the field, but more importantly what they do off of it. This is not to say that the NFL needs to become populated by a bunch of Pete Carroll clones although the success the team has had the last couple years is pretty impressive.
No, what I talking about is how these guys get involved with team building stuff. While training in Hawaii some of the guys were taking in the nightlife when they decided to become the nightlife. Hey--the team that sings together can play football together!
