Brandon Spikes Not Happy With All the Aaron Hernandez Haters on Twitter

Wednesday morning some news broke that people have been expecting for some time. Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was found guilty of first degree murder and will spend the rest of his life in prison less than two miles from the football stadium he used to call home. Not long after the verdict was read several football players and fans tweeted their reactions to it.

Some, like Brandon Spikes, could not believe what had just happened. As much as it surprised Spikes the reaction he got from fans to his reaction surprised him even more.

I'm not sure what he means by 'fake caring.' Folks don't like murderers and do not feel any sympathy towards one. If Spikes is going to put his own opinion out there on social media--which he is entitled to--he should expect to get the reaction that he got.
