WATCH: Why You Should Never Stand in Front of Someone Preparing to Throw a Discus

One of the first things I was taught when I threw the shot put and  discus on the track team back in high school was to: (1) never stand in front of someone that is preparing to throw and (2) always pay attention when someone is. You never know when you may need to move in a hurry.

This person didn't follow either rule.
