Chris Weidman Explains Why He Called Vitor Belfort a Cheater After Destroying Him at UFC 187

At the weigh-ins Friday for UFC 187 it got a little interesting between Chris Weidman and Vitor Belfort. In a nut shell--Weidman called Belfort a cheater. No one likes to be called that so Belfort likely thought that he would exact his revenge in the Octagon. Well--that didn't happen.

Belfort came out hard, but in the end was beaten down even harder by the defending middleweight champion.



Afterwards, Weidman was more than happy to explain why he accused Belfort of cheating:
